My rep., Joe Kathrein, was terrific. When trying to figure out all this medigap info.when you hit 65 is not fun. I contacted many companies and asked they respond by email so I wouldn't have all the calls, on top of all the solicitations. He is the only one that emailed rather than call me and for that I was very thankful. The information he gave me was what I needed. I went with his recommendations on the medigap coverage and the drug plan. He was very precise and helpful.

I ran into some challenges when attempting to transition my mother's Medigap Plan F to a Plan G policy. I had communicated with Mr. Ball 2 years prior when reviewing options for the Plan F policy but went with someone local to have the policy written. When my local contact could not deliver I reached out to Mr. Ball who immediately remembered and rolled up his sleeves to help. Within 2 days he found a carrier that would accept my mother and she now has a new Plan G policy in place. Simply outstanding service!
